this is my friend Manuel Haces. I met him before i went to the "Instituto Cultural Tampico". I have been with him like for 6 six plus the university.In Tampico he moved closer to my house. And in Monterrey i don´t know if he still lives in the same place.
Now he is a politician i think. What a big change between engineer to politics.
